The Research Fellow will support a multi-method, multi-phased study to use appreciative inquiry for co-production of culturally appropriate interventions and equity informed perinatal mental health and psychosocial wellbeing care pathway. The Research Fellow will contribute to co-production of interventions with women, families and clinicians, and planning future evaluation of the interventions including usability and feasibility testing, data collection, implementation frameworks, and the generation of evidence to support future scale-up across the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) within Maternity Disparities Consortium (MDC).
