It highlights high breastfeeding rates among mothers in the region, revealing how culture, attitudes, and support systems shape infant-feeding practices. Mothers described breastfeeding as natural, healthy, and the expected norm within their communities. Strong family encouragement , especially from spouses and older female relative, further reinforced these behaviours, helping many women continue breastfeeding well beyond early infancy. The research suggests that community beliefs and social support networks play a powerful role in promoting healthy early-life nutrition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
